Returns & Refunds Policy

At Space Cowboy Vintage we want you to love your purchase. Because all items are unique pre-owned vintage pieces, please read this policy carefully.
1. Change of Mind Returns
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless the item is faulty or significantly different from the description provided.
- Vintage clothing often has unique sizing and minor imperfections — please check measurements and condition descriptions before purchasing.
2. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives faulty or materially different from the listing description, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (including original postage costs).
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn and in the same condition as sent.
- You must provide clear photos showing the issue.
- Contact us first before returning any item.
3. Return Process
- Email us at [insert your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will advise you on the return address (Folkestone, Kent).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “as found” (if any).
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Items damaged after receipt due to customer use or negligence.
5. Shipping Costs on Returns
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty/misdescribed.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery costs are refunded only in cases of faulty or misdescribed items.
